Best meal we’ve had in Vietnam! After being disappointed by overpriced “fine dining” at other luxury resorts—where the food and atmosphere fell far below expectations, we decided to try Le Parfum at Azerai Hue. Knowing the hotel is owned by Adrian Zecha, the founder of Aman Resorts, we anticipated something special, and it delivered beyond our expectations. The food was not only of exceptional quality but also reasonably priced for a luxury experience. The lamb rack was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, the duck breast was tender and delicious, and the dessert trilogy crème brûlée was a unique treat with durian, hibiscus, and coffee flavors, all executed to perfection. Even the Vietnamese dishes were elevated, showcasing the chef’s skill and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a true fine dining experience in central Vietnam, skip the hype elsewhere and head to Le Parfum at Azerai Hue. The food, service, and overall experience were leagues ahead of what we’ve experienced at other so-called luxury restaurants. Highly recommended!

We had a late lunch today and it was delicious. We chose outdoor seating as the weather was perfect. Great service and delicious food. Highly recommend visiting this place for lunch or dinner.

I booked a table for six people. This is one of the best restaurants in Vietnam. If there were six stars, I would rate at six stars. The service, the staff, the food was excellent. I would recommend everyone when in Hue, definitely you have to make this a must place to dine.
